Mission Outreach International – Christian Information Trip to the Baptist Assembly at Forest Caswell
Do you remember the first time you learned about God? How about when you experienced His presence in your life? Where were you when you first heard the name of Jesus? Was it a peaceful place? Who share about Jesus? Was it a friend, or someone you trusted? Did you feel loved and welcomed?
Praise the Lord for His faithfulness and persistent outreach to us! For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son…
Mission Outreach International is a spiritual and cultural outreach for internationals involved with the Ministry to Internationals at Forest Hills. May 18-20, we will travel together to the Baptist Assembly at Fort Caswell. We will experience God through Baptist and North Carolina heritage, times of friendship building "outside the church," being outside in God’s creation, with Bible Study, quiet time, and space created for interpersonal conversations about culture, community, and Christ.
God always moves in amazing ways to open the hearts of people to His will and way. Rev. Jerry Miller and his wife, Adrienne Miller, of Raleigh Chinese Christian Church, will be our guest speakers.
The theme is centered on the Commands of Christ throughout the Bible.
You have a team of 14 from Forest Hills who will lead this outreach that is made possible by the support of the Ministry to Internationals. Thank you!
This year we will go with more than 45 people from around the globe, and your prayers are needed and coveted.
Come alongside us in prayer for preparation and during the three days of the MOI in May.
Please pray for:
Pray for us with Bible verses in mind, Hebrews 13:20-21, from the Berean Study Bible version:
Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with every good thing to do His will. And may He accomplish in us what is pleasing in His sight through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
And we join with you in praying, Philemon 1:6, from the Contemporary English version:
As you share your faith with others, I pray they may come to know all the blessings Christ has given us.
To God be the glory.
