On Saturday, December 11, we’re excited to partner with Lutheran Services Carolina to host a refugee medical clinic for dozens of Afghan families who have recently arrived in the Raleigh area. From 9:00am – 3:00pm, medical professionals from UNC, Campbell University, and other local organizations will be set up in our Dixie Trail parking lot and Fellowship Hall to provide assessments and care. If you’d like to volunteer for any amount of time that day, hosts are needed to provide a friendly face and simple directions around the church property. If you’re interested in volunteering, please contact Jason Payne (jason@foresthills.org).
