A Note of Appreciation
A Big THANK YOU to all those who came out to decorate our sanctuary and the church for Christmas. We had more than a dozen volunteers that hung wreaths and garland, decorated windows, and put up the tree. We also wish to thank those who made a donation to help cover the cost of the beautiful poinsettias. We are grateful to the Boy Scouts who donated the Christmas wreaths for the exterior doors. Christmas blessings to All !

During the International Christmas Celebration last week at Forest Hills, 170 people from China, Dem. Rep. of Congo, Ethiopia, Iran, Mexico, Nigeria, S. Korea, and the U.S.A. enjoyed a delicious meal together, sang with the 1st International Children's Choir, and gained a deeper understanding of the true meaning of Christmas Symbols: the birth of Jesus Christ, Savior for all mankind. Wow, a wonderful night! Several commented that it was "a wonderful experience for my children and wife. They enjoyed sharing," and "thank you all for the great meal served for us," and "they learned a lot about the meaning of Christmas." To God be the glory and honor! A huge thank you to all who helped with the details - THANKS, and truly, Merry CHRISTmas!
