Tempe Chapman has been part of the Connections Preschool family for 11 years. She has been a lead teacher, an assistant, and a literacy coordinator. Tempe is a graduate of Meredith College with a degree in Psychology and K-6 teacher certification. She taught for 5 years in Wake County, took a break to stay home with her children, and returned to the classroom in 2012 as a preschool teacher. She and her husband have two nearly grown children; McKenzie is a senior at Auburn University and Jackson is a freshman at East Carolina University. Tempe’s favorite things to do in her spare time are read, travel, and spend time with friends and family.
