WOMEN'S MINISTRY

Women are invited to join us for the Bible studies and events listed below:

The Book of JONAH

Women's Summer Bible Study

This summer, we will be studying the book of Jonah. This book is often remembered mostly for Jonah running from God and being in the belly of the big fish. However, this book is much richer than this storyline. We will see the heart of God, His love for all people, and that God loves to save and to be in fellowship with His people.

July 16 | Salad Social

Sponsored by: Women's Council Book Club
Time: 6:30 PM

In honor of our nation’s 250th birthday, we will be reading We The Women: The Hidden Heroes Who Shaped America by Norah O'Donnell. The book offers a fresh look at American history through the biographies of inspiring women from 1776 to the present day.

Along with bringing your favorite salad, please choose one woman from the book to highlight for the group when we meet. We look forward to sharing salads and discussion.

June 15 – July 20 | Women's Summer Bible Study

The Book of Jonah

Interested in joining with other women for Bible study, fellowship, and fun? This summer, we will be studying the book of Jonah. This book is often remembered mostly for Jonah running from God and being in the belly of the big fish. However, this book is much richer than this storyline. We will see the heart of God, His love for all people, and that God loves to save and to be in fellowship with His people.

We will meet in person on Mondays from 7:00–8:30 PM for 5 weeks beginning June 15. Frances Overby is hosting and facilitating the study in her North Raleigh home.
